We try to provide the widest range of accounts and connections in the UK, but some providers and accounts aren’t available. This may be because the provider doesn't offer a way for us to connect automatically.
If we don't connect to your account, please send the following information to the support team.
- Provider
- Account type
- URL for the account login page
You can contact the support team from within the app by going to Settings, then Support and select Contact Support.
In order to give you a complete view of your finances, you can add an account manually.
This works very similarly to an automatic account, but you have to update the balance yourself.
