To connect a property, go to the Connections area of the app and search for Hometrack to start the process.
If you already have a property connected, you can upgrade this connection by navigating to Accounts and Assets and choosing Connect my Property on the property’s details page.
Once your property is connected, you will see the new valuation immediately and an improved property details page, showing you the change in value over time so that you can track the performance of your home or property investments.
Plus, if you link a mortgage to this property in the app it ensures we can alert you when your Loan to Value (LTV) ratio drops through a band that may open up better rates in the market for you.
Why can’t I find my property in Hometrack (Zoopla)?
Some addresses might not be found because either the postcode is new or Hometrack doesn't track the address. This means you can't receive a valuation estimate from Hometrack at the moment.
