Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication isn’t available on the desktop version of the app. We plan to have this in the future to give further protection and peace of mind to our customers.
iOS and Android have extra login protection already via a unique pin, facial recognition, or fingerprint.
Two-factor authentication and Payments
The payments feature uses Open Banking payments, which is regulated by the FCA and are one of the safest forms of payments, as each payment requires you to perform strong customer authentication.
We don’t collect your banking credentials and can't make a payment on your behalf.
When you request to make payment in the app, you will be transferred to your banking provider's website or app to authorise that transaction.
No one can make payments on your behalf
