Intelligent categorisation technology means we are able to improve the accuracy of auto categorisation over time. However, sometimes a retailer or marketplace may have different merchant IDs associated with products.
This means it can take a little longer for the app to learn the preferred categories associated with these different transactions.
To change the category of one of your transactions, head to My Money, select the Transaction inbox, and then select thered pencil icon beside the category you want to re-categorise. In the next screen select Change category and choose the category you want your transaction to fall within from the list provided.
