This might be because we only show Standard Life Pension transactions from the past 12 months. If you or your employer have not been contributing to your Standard Life pension during the last year, there will be no transactions to see.
You are able to view and confirm on the Standard Life UK Online Servicing Dashboard
If you think there have been transactions on your pension in the past 12 months, please use the Contact the Support Team link at the top of the page to submit a request and we will investigate.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with the support team from within the app by going to Settings, then selecting Support and Contact Support.
