Our support team knows the app inside and out, this means they can give you guidance on features and help you identify a solution.
They can also help you identify when something isn't working as it should and will help you by reporting this to the right team.
The team doesn't fix issues, but they will keep in touch with the teams who do and keep you updated on how this is going.
You can get in touch with the support team from within the app by going to Settings, then selecting Support and Contact Support.
The Support Team is available between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
