Manual accounts are a great workaround when we don't support a certain provider or an account.
Our tech team is always working hard to make sure you have as many connections available as possible. For providers and accounts we don't support yet, manual accounts are a fantastic workaround!
How to create a manual account
You can connect your account manually via the Accounts and Assets section or the Connections section. We have provided guidance for both below.
Accounts and assets
Head to My Money, select Accounts and assets, and then select the + icon.
Connections
Select Connections from within the My Money section. Select Add Connection, then Add an account.
What next?
For either option, in the next screen select Add a manual account. You will then have the option to select the type of account you wish to set up from the drop-down menu and in the final step, you can add details about your account.
