Reauthorisation
Reauthorisationis the process of giving your consent to allow and make a secure connection to your data for the next 90 days. It is an important legislative step that has been put in place to protect you and prevent companies from having permanent access to your data.
You will be prompted to reauthorise your connection every 90 days.
Refreshing
Refreshing your connection triggers the app to retrieve the most recent account information from your provider, such as transactions and balance. We will refresh your account automatically at least four times a day for direct connections and once a day for indirect connections.
You can manually refresh your account by selecting My Money, then select
Connections and select the account you wish to refresh and confirm Refresh.
