If you see a ‘Credentials Error’ or error code 402, this means that your login credentials are being entered incorrectly or need updating from within the app.
Please follow these steps to get this resolved:
- Log out of the app and then log in to your online account via the provider’s website or app. Do not use any pre-saved passwords, enter these manually.
- Log out of the online banking website and wait at least 10 minutes before logging back into our app.
- You can now attempt to reauthorise or connect your accounts again. Do not use any pre-saved passwords, enter these manually.
If you try the steps above and the connection still does not work, please get in touch with our support team by selecting Settings, then Support and Contact Support.
